Post your commitments on your bathroom mirror, in your car, computer, on your phone and anywhere else that will help you remember your commitments! 3. Follow through with your commitment even when you don’t feel like it. 4. Don’t allow yourself excuses, like I’m too tired, it’s too cold, I don’t feel good or worse yet…I will just do it tomorrow… 5. Goals, dreams or whatever you want to achieve don’t happen overnight, in a week, a month and sometimes years…they happen little by little everyday until it is time to be achieved. 6. Everyone slips, the important thing is to not let that STOP you. Forgive yourself and MOVE forward! 7. Remember to celebrate small victories along the way!
