Our culture is full of negative thinkers. In fact, I would go as far to say that people think it’s normal and maybe it is?!?! BUT, it doesn’t have to be YOUR normal. Here are six excellent reason why you should consider increasing your positive thoughts: 1. It give you more energy. 2. There are enough negative people in this world. 3. It’s good for your mental and physical health. 4. You will find more success at work. 5. You will have better relationships. 6. You will be a lot more FUN to be around. Learning to change your thoughts is a mind-game and to play, you must first become mindful of not only the words that come out of your mouth, but also your thoughts. In its simplest version, this is how you play, when you catch yourself saying or thinking negative thoughts, change them immediately to something more uplifting, more positive. I believe that negative thinking is a habit, and habits take time to break. Be patient with yourself and let the mind-game began!
