Almost everyone that I’ve ever coached ‘knows’ what he or she should be doing, they just aren’t doing it. Coaching is all about listening attentively and asking powerful, solution driven questions to assist you in discovering the answers that work best for you.

So often in life, people focus on the how’s and the what’s and they lose the reason for why they even want to accomplish this goal.
