My Biggest Fear is...

My Biggest Fear

So many of you made promises to yourself that this year was going to be different...this was going to be the year that you lost the weight, got organized, started your job search, increased your sales or whatever and now we are in the third week of January and well, things are not going well.

Ask yourself, “Am I okay with being in the same place this time next year?" Be honest with yourself, because that will determine your motivation for change.

If you honestly answered yes, that you would be okay being in the same place next year, thank yourself for your honesty and move on knowing that you will most likely lack the motivation for your vision.

If you said no, I will not be okay with being in the same place next year, then you must forgive yourself for not taking the action you intended and then you MUST get refocused. It’s time for you to create a vision of what you want your life to LOOK and FEEL like next January. Once you have this vision, you must ask yourself this very important question:

What changes MUST occur to achieve this vision?

They say that a dream without a plan is just a wish, so the next step is to create action steps to accomplish your goal. Don't let your action steps overwhelm you, start small, even baby action steps are better than no steps. Don't worry, I believe that if it’s meant to be, you WILL build momentum and before you know it, 2018 will be here and you will be smiling from ear to ear!

Think you might need extra help? Find an accountability partner or if you've tried that and failed, maybe it's time you find a coach?

Make this the year you conquer your biggest fears!

The choice is always yours...
